What you will love about this home

Our home is light, and spacious nestled on a creek/lake, with a view of the local mountain range (Cerro San Luis, and Bishops Peak). Our deck and patio accommodates outdoor dining, and also attracts amazing birds including a bald eagle, Canadian geese, and several red-tailed hawks. On our side yard, we have a 5-person hot tub and natural gas grill, both of which are available to use. Our home is spacious and kid friendly, with a living room, separate den/playroom with 60" TV and Kawaii digital piano. Downstairs there are two dedicated bedrooms each with a full or queen bed, and upstairs there is a master bedroom (king bed) with views of the lake/mountain, and a retreat with two additional beds (queen and twin).

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our neighborhood is filled with families who are active. There is a small park just down the street, and we are 1/2 mile to the middle school track, soccer fields and baseball diamonds. A bit further (1 mile) you can access hiking trails in Irish Hills which connect to Johnson Ranch. These trails are great for hiking, mountain biking and running. Cerro San Luis (Madonna Mountain) is a 15 minute bike, which offers some of the best views in the city. It is enjoyed by mountain bikers, trail runners and hikers. Bishops Peak is also a short 5 minute drive which prohibits biking, but does offer some rock climbing (top rope and trad) in addition to hiking.
