What you will love about this home
It is a water front property on the west side of Sardegna. The view is 180* of the Asinara Islands, Corsica and the Isole Rosse. The village is 10’minutes away from the historic castle town : Castelsardo, 1h 15m from Alghero,& 45m from Santa Teresa Di Gallura.
I furnished the apartment with good quality furnishings and the kitchen includes all amenities.
Every evening the sunsets are just beautiful.
What you will love about this neighborhood
It’s a quiet residential neighborhood. There are a couple of pizzerias, a grocery store, and a pharmacy. There is also a 4 star resort spa.
The local folk are friendly.

My housekeeper Marisa lives in the building next door. She will meet you upon your arrival for check-in. She takes €50,00 for the checkout cleaning.
