Beautiful Capitol Hill row house. This is a historic 4 story home with 4 large bedrooms and a fully finished basement with a sleeping area and queen sized Murphy Bed. Great for a family. 6 blocks from the Capitol sand Supreme Court. 10 minute walk to Union Station and Eastern Market.
The neighborhood is extremely walkable with H Street 4 blocks away and Eastern about 6 blocks away.
While we don’t have private parking, we can share a parking pass for you time here and that will allow you to park on the street.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Capitol Hill is in the heart of Washington, DC. The home is 6 blocks from the Capitol and Supreme Court, 6 blocks from union station, and 8blocks from Eastern market metro stations. Everything DC has to offer is within walking distance.
We are also 4 blocks from H street, which has tons of restaurants, a street car, and Whole Foods.
This is an iconic DC neighborhood with all the charms the Capitol has to offer.

This is our primary residence. We live here with our three young daughters. It is a large Capitol Hill row house and has all the essentials for a family.
We have a cat that is old and keeps to himself, but he would need to be fed during most winter stays.
