What you will love about this home

Elegant 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo in NE DC. Part of a boutique apartment building with loads of charm. Ideal for a couple with or without kids. The current setup would work best for a family with 2 young children. Includes all amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and A/C for the summer months. It also has a small balcony and comes with bicycles you can use during your stay!

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our neighborhood is Eckington. It’s residential but within walking distance to Union Market (that has restaurants, bars and Trader Joes) and to the red line metro that takes you anywhere you want to go in the city. Bikeshare and bus also around the corner. Tanner park is a block away, there you can enjoy an open air cinema (in the warm months), a playground and long bike trail (MBT).
