Beautiful, bright, 5 bedroom, 270sqm (2900 sq ft) detached family home situated in a quiet cul de sac in upmarket coastal town of Dun Laoghaire, 10km from Dublin city centre. With two reception rooms, a large kitchen/breakfast room, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, utility room, office, home gym, a large front and back garden, and private off street parking for 3 cars, there is ample space for any family to enjoy a comfortable stay. The garden contains children's swings, tree house, sand pit and trampoline, as well as a large deck with gas bbq and furnished patio - perfect for outdoor dining. This is our family home and the bedrooms are currently configured as pictured to sleep 7 adults/children and 2 infants (bedroom 1 has king sized bed & en suite, bedroom 2 has king sized bed & single bed, bedroom 3 has double bed, bedroom 4 has cot, bedroom 5 has cot). However, we can provide additional single beds in bedrooms 4 and 5, as well as two travel cots, if needed, which would allow a total of 9 adults/children and 4 infants to sleep comfortably. The house is modern and well equipped, including WiFi, smart tvs etc. We are happy to provide baby/toddler equipment (cots, high chairs, car seats etc).

We live in Dun Laoghaire, which is an upmarket, coastal town, 10km from Dublin city centre. Dun Laoghaire and Glasthule town centres are both a 10 minute walk away, and contain a wide selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The Dart (train) station and bus stop are a 12 minute walk away, both of which take you to Dublin city centre in 25 minutes. There are many amenities within a 10 minute walk, including Dun Laoghaire pier, parks, playgrounds, beaches and the well known forty foot swimming spot. The famous mountains and beaches of Wicklow are a 40 minute drive away. We are happy to provide recommendations for where to eat and things to do in the area.
