This loft is an independent 65sqm house located in an inner courtyard, minutes away from the Turin city centre. It was built in 1926 and was then entirely renovated in 2019, keeping some Liberty-style details alive. A luminous, unique and relaxing spot with floor heating and air conditioning, free private parking, a long terrace full of plants, skylights and design furniture. A peaceful, industrial and minimal urban jungle. The loft is composed of two double bedrooms, one bathroom with walk-in shower and an open space with kitchen/living area. What you will love about this neighborhood

Vanchijëtta - in Piedmontese - is a strip of land that borders with Borgh Vanchija (Vanchiglia), one of Torino historic neighbourhoods. This neighbourhood is pretty residential and vintage, filled with historic small shops and 1960s blocks of flats. Thanks to the serenity of the area, the vicinity to the city centre, the convenient services and the simple hamlet-like context, young people are starting to move here. The neighbourhood is well inhabited, silent and human-sized. You will love the presence of the two rivers (Po and Dora) and the many green areas that make it an essential green lung for its inhabitants: a healthy and pleasing alternative to the much more polluted areas of the city. The Colletta Park is very close and it is ideal for morning walks or runs. Facing the quiet loft, you can find a convenient and low-price supermarket, a pharmacy, two bar-tabacchi (where to get tram, tube and bus tickets), a small grocery store, banks, restaurants, a bakery and a local market. This is indeed the perfect nest for sojourners, happy to enjoy quietness in the city, with all the comforts of home right in front of them. Moreover, many bus and tram lines pass right opposite the loft which can take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes. Parking is free at all times in all the surroundings or inside the courtyard upon request.

This is a non-smoking apartment. No parties. No pets. No photo/video-taking. No noises allowed between 10pm and 10am. A 50€ cleaning fee is collected at check-in. Check-in is available from 5pm but flexible if previously agreed. Check-out is set before 10am.
