Grande maison moderne avec 2 étages en plus du sous-sol aménagé. Grande cour arrière clôturée avec piscine et beaucoup de végétation, arbres matures et fleurs. Il y 3 chambres à l'étage et 1 chambre au sous-sol, pour un total de 6 lits dont 1 lit king, 2 lits doubles et 3 lits simples (2 lits sont superposés). Une salle de bain complète avec douche et bain et une salle d'eau avec toilette et évier. Garage avec borne pour voiture électrique. Entrée de cour asphaltée pouvant accueillir au moins 3 voitures. De grandes fenêtres rendent la maison lumineuse. Plancher de bois franc et comptoir de quartz. Cuisine tout équipée (réfrigérateur, poêle électrique, micro-onde, machine à café, lave-vaiselle, four à pain, machine à panini, machine à gauffre, bol à fondue....BBQ et mobiliers de jardins sous un gazebo pour profiter des belles journées. What you will love about this neighborhood

Residential area in the "Basses-Laurentides" near a cinema, restaurants, parks and playground, several shops and a supermarket. A large cycle path "la Vagabonde" (50km) passes behind the house. We are located a few km from Parc national d'Oka with a beach, hiking and several summer and winter activities. There are also many orchards and local produce nearby. We are 20 minutes by car from the city of Montreal with all its attractions (shows, amusement parks, museums, restaurants, sports…) The Laurentians region will delight you with its forest, mountains, lake, river and majestic wildlife. Near several sites for hiking, fishing, hebertism, mountain biking, swimming, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, skating, sliding, snowmobiling, …) Quartier résidentiel dans les Basses-Laurentides près d’un cinéma, de restaurants, de parcs et terrain de jeux, de plusieurs commerces et d’un super-marché. Une grande piste cyclable "la Vagabonde" (50km) passe derrière la maison. Nous sommes situés à quelques km du parc national d'Oka avec plage, randonnée et plusieurs activités été comme hiver. Il y a aussi beaucoup de vergers et de produit du terroir à proximité. Nous sommes à 20 min en voiture de la ville de Montréal avec toutes ses attractions (spectacles, parcs d’attraction, musées, restaurants, sport…) La région des Laurentides vous comblera avec ses forêt, montagnes , lac, rivière et faune majestueuse. Près de plusieurs sites de randonnées, pêche, hébertisme, VTT, baignade, ski alpin, ski de fond, patin, glissade, motoneige, …)
