La mia casa è molto accogliente e comoda. Si trova in un condominio di fine anni 70, ma internamente l'appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel 2016 in stile moderno. E' al secondo piano con ascensore. Si trova in pieno centro a Pontedera, molto vicino al Corso principale, ma nello stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Vicino a tutti i principali servizi (farmacie, market, ristoranti e bar, gelaterie, negozi). E' dotato di tutti i principali confort. Il letto matrimoniale è molto comodo. C'è anche un divano letto. Il bagno è con doccia. E' dotato di terrazza con tenda antisole, dove si può anche mangiare. Vi è inoltre la smart tv con Netflix.

Vivo a Pontedera, la città della Vespa! Infatti qui si può visitare il Museo Piaggio. Per gli amanti delle passeggiate e del verde c'è un bellissimo argine. Pontedera è vicina a diversi capoluoghi toscani e vicino al mare. Inoltre a 28 km ci sono i monti pisani. Dista mezzora da Pisa e dal mare, 50 minuti da Lucca, poco più di un'ora da Firenze, un'ora e mezza da Siena. E' veramente in una posizione strategica!
