This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath locks off from our primary residence with its own entrance and a gorgeous covered balcony. Fully remodeled in 2020/21 with elegant and delightful details. The bedroom has a queen bed with an en-suite bathroom (yes guys, that is a urinal!) and the library/tv room/office has a gas fireplace and queen-sized Murphy bed. The powder room has a full-sized washer dryer and an accent wall you will tell your friends about. There is no kitchen, but the bar counter is well-stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, bar sink, toaster, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, plates, bowls, and cutlery.

This unit is on the second (top) floor. There is no elevator in the building. One parking space is available in the basement level garage. On the first floor there is a three-bedroom townhome (which you can view in our profile... it, too is available on Home Exchange).
