What you will love about this home

Apartment with a great sea view, 2 big swimming pools, just 100 meter from the beach and on walking distance to everything (a lot of shops and about hundred restaurants along the sea promenade in the summer). We have 2 apartments in the same building. Both of them can accommodate 6 people (and a baby). The nature is very great, as just behind our place begins a national park with walks to a rock monastery. Golden Sands is one of the famous Bulgarian seaside resorts, combining beach and nature. The nature lovers prefer the spring and the autumn. Even in April and October the sea is warm and there are a lot of 'beach' days. It's almost always nice sunny weather, about 9 months a year. The parking next to the apartment is for free and also guarded. For children there are a lot of things to do along the promenade. For couples: great choice of restaurants and a lot of nice excursions. The city of Varna is nearby, with interesting musea, nice restaurants and 4 big shopping malls. There is a bus, the bus stop is nearby, but you can also take a taxi for about 13 euro.

What you will love about this neighborhood

We have 2 apartments in the same building. Both of them have 2 sleeping rooms and a big living room with a comfortable retractable couch for 2 people (so maximum 6 people per apartment). Both apartments have a great sea view and 2 terraces. Modern airco in all the rooms. The kitchens are very well equipped, although we almost never use them as there are a lot of restaurants on walking distance that are quite cheap.
