A magnificent and comfortable Parisian apartment in the beautiful 18th district.
Artists' apartment (an artist and a photographer). The design of the apartment has been carefully thought out, lots of custom pieces and designer pieces, as well as works of art and a very nice library with art books available. Authentic parquet and period moldings.
Very well decorated with everything you will need to spend a few days in Paris like real Parisians!
The little extra: a magnificent dining room to organize dinners or work comfortably.
If you like the art of the table, a very fine collection of crockery is available to guests.
Three rooms: Living room (with convertible sofa bed, dining room and bedroom (Queen Size bed), fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, separate toilet. On the third floor of a beautiful Haussmann building.
The apartment has very fast Wifi, as well as a 43' Samsung The Frame Smart TV with Netflix / Prime Video / International Channels / etc. It is fully equipped, sheets and towels are provided, you only need your suitcase and your personal effects!

Ideally located in a lively area, 15 minutes from the top of the Sacré-Coeur basilica in Montmartre. Lots of bars, cafes, trendy restaurants, thrift stores, delicatessens around.
We provide you with a guide in PDF format and available in printed version in the apartment, with all our recommendations for the neighborhood and for Paris more generally.
Market three days a week at the bottom of the apartment.
the metro is at the foot of the apartment (Marcadet-Poissonniers M4 / M12).
