Fantastic 3 bedroom beachside property, with fabulous views, overlooking Schull Harbour. The property is located 10 mins walk from the centre of Schull and 100m from Cadogan's beach. The self-catering house has views to the south over the harbour from the large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Two of three large upstairs bedrooms also have sea views. To the rear there is an elevated secluded lawn, ideal for relaxing on. To the side there's a large patio area with tables, chairs and a bbq where you can watch the sun go down over the harbour. 500MB fibre broadband included.

Schull is located in West Cork on the southwest coast of Ireland. The village is dominated by Mount Gabriel. It has a sheltered harbour, used for recreational boating including sailing, kayaking, stand-up-paddle boarding. There is also an active swimming community in Schull with Cadogan's beach being one of the main entry points. Cadogan's beach recently received the Green Coast Award along with other local beaches such Ballyrisode and Galley Cove in recognition of their excellent water quality. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs to explore in the village. West Cork is great for star gazing due to the low levels of light pollution. Schull planetarium run tours regularly. Check their website for details. There are numerous designated walks around Schull including up to the top of Mount Gabriel for spectacular views of Schull harbour and Roaring water bay. West Cork has an abundance of scuba diving locations including various wrecks and scenic dives around Roaring Water Bay, Baltimore, Dunmanus Bay, Cape Clear, Fastnet and the Mizen. Some of these are accessible as shore dives.

The house name is "Cois Mara". This is Irish for "next to the sea". You won't have to worry about cleaning the house before you leave. Just tidy the the house before you leave and a cleaner will take care of the rest. A cleaning fee of 125 EUR is required.
