Our home is a beautifully renovated 3 story Victorian terraced house. It is an architect designed, high-spec home with every convenience. The lower ground floor is open plan with a kitchen, dining and lounge areas, great for socialising and family dinners. There is also a downstairs loo. In the middle floor there is a second living room to relax and watch TV or for people who want some quiet time, and a study/ home office. There is a family bathroom on the return. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a third bathroom. The house is ideal for families, with a spacious garden and a location second to none.

We are in a lovely, tree filled residential area, only a stone's throw from Dublin city centre and all its attractions and amenities. The city centre is a pleasant stroll (30 minutes walk to St Stephen's Green) or a short hop on the bus or Luas (Dublin's tram). The National Gallery on Merrion Square is also a 30 minute walk, and numerous other city centre attractions.
If you want to stay closer to home, we are five minutes walk from Herbert Park, one of Dublin's best-loved parks, with great play areas and a farmers' market on Sunday mornings. We are nestled between two of Dublin's most sought after neighbourhoods - Donnybrook and Ranelagh. Five minutes' walk takes you to the vibrant village of Ranelagh, full of cafes, restaurants and bars.
For sports lovers, we are 20 minutes' walk from the Aviva Stadium for international matches, and 15 minutes' walk from the RDS where you can watch Leinster play rugby.

The home dates from 1840 and has been completely modernised (3 years ago) with a high spec interior. The lower ground floor is where we spend most of our time. It is a warm and welcoming space made for living. The home is decorated with art, plants and little touches we love and hope you will too.
It's also worth mentioning that our location is convenient for trips out of town. We enjoy sea swimming in south Dublin and walks in the hills of Wicklow. These are about 20-40 mins away by car
