What you will love about this home

A beautiful traditional house situated in a wonderful village location, close to Salir do Porto & São Martinho do Porto (5 minutes in the car). We have 4 bedrooms and cots should you need them. There are 3 double bedrooms and a triple bedroom, 3 ensuite and another family bathroom. There are 2 lounges a kitchen diner and utility room. There is plenty of Outside space and land, a trampoline, an animal area which houses chickens, guinea pigs, 3 pygmy goats and a rabbit. You are welcome to enjoy the eggs. We also have a games annex, which has table tennis, table football and a darts board. This annex has a separate room where you can find 5 adult mountain bikes. 3 children's, additional bike seats, inflatables and a 2 man kayak. We also have a gated driveway with parking for 3 cars.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Located on the Silver coast, 5 minutes away from some breath taking beaches and coastline. Our village still has old fashioned values, with many people working the land and keeping animals, yet you are less than 10 minutes away from the wonderful spa city of Caldas da Rainha. Our neighbours are Portuguese, they are charming and friendly and will chat to you like old friends, even if you can't understand a word! You can come and experience a holiday in real Portugal with real people, enjoy the coast, numerous stunning beaches, the culture and home comforts too, There are stunning places to visit, to name but a few, Nazaré,(20 mins) which hosts the big wave competitions and has a lovely old town. Obidós, a medieval town with it's walled city is an amazing place to visit, it's about 15 mins away and also hosts a fantastic Christmas fayre and a chocalate festival, usually held in April or May. Alcobaça, is less than half an hour away and has an amazing and beautiful monastery and a Michelin-Starred Restaurant. Closeby our home there are numerous trails in the forest for cycling or walking, some of which lead to our nearby beach. There and also, some amazing coastal walks and cycle routes.

Please note. although guests should leave our home as they found it we ask a cleaning fee for e30 for all Guest Point exchanges to pay for a cleaning person to do the bedding/ towels and check our home is clean and tidy for the next guests. Exchanges for six people or less please. In the summer we are looking for exchanges of 7 days or more, thank you.
