We moved to Montana to be in our dream location. We love it so much here that we built a large guest apartment over our garage to share it with friends and family. The space is warm and open and everything is new as we just finished construction.

Our home is a 30 minute drive from Bigfork town center. We are on a dead end road that has estate homes on Swan Lake. Most of the year, there are only five or six full time residents here so this is our private getaway. Out our doors are all kinds of adventures from canoeing/paddle-boarding/kayaking/fishing in the summer to snowshoeing and cross country skiing and ice fishing in winter. Every season has special qualities here. We are surrounded by thousands of acres of Forest Service land with roads for exploring and endless hiking.

We are open to reciprocal exchanges at different times since this is a secondary residence.
