I love my beautiful home and am excited to share it with you. Exposed brick, 12 ft ceilings, open floor plan and direct waterfront views. The house is filled with plants and boho style living. The main bedroom has an extremely comfortable king bed. The living room has a sectional in front of an electric fireplace. There is an additional den with a sofa bed and a desk for working. In unit washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. The park is right out the back door. Parking is enclosed with a coded gate. It is a great place as an anchor for exploring New Haven/Yale and/or for exploring New England.

The condo is located on the Quinnipiac River with direct water views with beautiful sunshine in the morning through the large windows. Right through the backdoor there is a large park and leads to a walking trail along the river with educational info about the Quinnipiac River and wildlife. The neighborhood is about 10 minutes from downtown New Haven and Yale and only 5 minutes from the highway. It is also a 8 minute drive to the local airport and the 8 minute drive to the train station.
