Our home is nestled in the woods, yet only 10 min from New Haven & Yale campus. It has an open flow with lots of sunlight, including sunroof windows. It is warm, inviting and filled with places for music (including in the hot tub/sunroom! Built as a one level ranch; each room has been renovated & is open & unique We have a studio/lounge basement with an incredible sound surround system, drums and a movie theatre we have recently installed. People feel charmed and welcome when they enter.

We live in a safe & quiet neighborhood with old trees and lots of acreage (2) around most of homes, while only 5 min from town & food shopping, 10 min from a city that has everything!
