What you will love about this home

10 min from sea, a nice 7-kilometer long walk along the sea. There is the park near the house too, several large local supermarkets and cafes are just around the corner, the nightlife Arcadia resort is 2 km away. Our home is just finished, we asked our friend designer to make it as beautiful as possible. Every pieace in our flat is new. This is our spare flat, we ourselves live nearby within 5 minutes walk.

What you will love about this neighborhood

The beach where you can spend all day with utmost comfort. There are everything you might need to have a great vacations for adults as well as for kids: an aquapark, very good restaurants, short distance to the city center which you can go on foot thought the beautiful historic boulevard full of plants. The park near the house is great for morning runs and relaxing evening walks. Everything is so close, as we never seen in the places we went for travel: you can go on foot everywhere and you can take a taxi at 2-3 eur to the farthest part of the city. Of course, there are dozens public transport at very little cost as well.

We shall meet our guests at the airport/ train station and will do our best help them feel most comfortable in our beautiful Odessa. Odessa is a unique city, there is no other such a city in the whole world. It was built by the French and the Italians, the Turks and the Greeks, the Jews and the Germans, the Bulgarians and the Polish, the Russians and the Ukrainians. There are about 168 various nationalities in Odessa and all of them enjoy equality and happy living together. Odessa gave birth to a lot of very famous people: the musicians David Oystrakh and Emil Gilels, the pilot Utochkin, the writers Byalik, Jabotinsky, Akhmatova, Babel etc. Silvester Stallone and Steven Spielberg both have Odessa ancestry.
