Comfortable, stylishly furnished 2-room apartment with a cozy veranda is located in a closed area of a residential complex in a quiet and green place near the international resort Golden Sands. There is a free public parking near the house and you can agree with the owner of the paid parking inside the complex. The apartment has a separate entrance through a veranda, which overlooks a garden with roses, flowering shrubs and blue spruces. The apartment has 2 air condition and an electric battery. Therefore, it is comfortable at any time of the year! There are stylish furniture, a glass-ceramic electric stove, an extractor hood, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a food processor, a washing machine with a dryer for clothes, a toaster and an electric grill, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils. Of course, we have WIFI and two laptop desks with comfortable office chairs, and an international cable TV. There are 4 full sleeping places: 2 single beds in the living room, and a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress. If necessary, we will put a playpen and a highchair for the baby and share toys. The bedroom also has a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towel dryer. This place is ideal for both distant work and outdoor and indoor recreation. We will provide you with an umbrella and portable beach chairs, and a mushroom basket.
