Comfortable, stylishly furnished 2-room apartment with a glazed veranda is located in a closed area of a residential complex in a quiet and green place near the international resort Golden Sands. There is a free public parking near the house and you can agree with the owner of the paid parking inside the complex. The apartment has a separate entrance through a large glazed veranda, which overlooks a garden with roses, flowering shrubs and blue spruces. The apartment has an air condition and underfloor heating. Therefore, it is comfortable at any time of the year! There are stylish furniture, a glass-ceramic electric stove with an oven and an extractor hood, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a food processor, a washing machine with a dryer for clothes, a toaster and an electric grill, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils. Of course, we have WIFI and two laptop desks with comfortable office chairs, a small LCD TV with international cable TV, and an Apple laptop. There are 4 full sleeping places: a folding soft sofa in the living room, a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress. If necessary, we will put a playpen and a highchair for the baby and share toys. The bedroom also has a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towel dryer. This place is ideal for both distant work and outdoor and indoor recreation. We will provide you with an umbrella and portable beach chairs, and a mushroom basket.

There you will receive qualified advice from a physiotherapist and can have any massage, physiotherapy or mud therapy sessions. You can go to the curative mud in the Tuzlata area and visit • the golf courts • shooting ranges • mussel farm to feast on organic mussels The best thermal spa complex "Aqua house" in Bulgaria is located 10 minutes' drive from our home. If you love sports and want to go to the pool, sauna, gyms, treadmills or outdoor tennis courts, then you will love the Sport Palace, which has everything you need to play sports at an affordable price. This complex is a five-minute walk from our home. If you like walking in the woods and picking mushrooms, then you will definitely love the Golden Sands National Park, which is located just behind the Sport Palace. Picnic spots, mineral springs, beautiful meadows and forest lakes await you in our always green, subtropical forest. Equipped walking paths will lead you to a unique museum - Aladzhar Monastery. There are some places with an unusually strong energy near Varna Pobiti Kamni Madara Rider Cape Kaliakra You can go on an excursion to the city of Balchik, visit the palace and the botanical garden.There is a bus stop 409 not far from our house. It which will take you to the historic center of Varna and to the international airport. We have fish and national restaurants, cafes and shops with everything you need in our area.
