What you will love about this home

My home is a roomy, modern and clean two-bedroom townhouse, with warm colours and comfortable furnishings. On the main floor, there is a large living and dining area, a full kitchen and a 1/2 bath. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms - one has queen bed, the other has double-over-double bunk beds. Upstairs also has two full bathrooms (one with tub), and a stacked washer/dryer. Because the windows face north, the house stays cool in the summer. In winter, the house is cosy with baseboard heating and an electric fireplace. The front door exits to a small, unfenced patio; the trees around the patio offer privacy - an ideal place to relax with an afternoon beverage in the warmer months. Please note we own a cat and a dog - they will be boarded but want to ensure no guest struggles with severe pet allergies during their stay here.

What you will love about this neighborhood

I live in beautiful Brentwood Bay, on Vancouver Island. Brentwood Bay is a small community of 3,000 people located north of Victoria. Within 100m of my front door, there is a grocery store, a butcher, two liquor stores, five restaurants, and two cafes. Every Wednesday evening in summer, there is a "Music in the Park" concert at Pioneer Park. I live next door to a primary school so there is a playground for children available steps from the building. From my home, it's an easy walk to the ocean, and a 20 minute walk to world-famous Butchart Gardens. Kayaks and SUPs are available for rent at Brentwood Lodge (15-minute walk). Transit to downtown Victoria stops outside my front door. You can expect a 30-minute bus ride into downtown Victoria.


Brentwood Bay is located on the Saanich Peninsula, home of many small family farms. and several small hamlets. Weekly outdoor markets and farm stands are common, as are small wineries and a cidery. Gulf Islands are easily accessible for day trips and explorations.
