What you will love about this home
Our home is a calm and peaceful place with all the necessary amenities for a great stay. It's located on the 5th floor in a building with seven floors. There's an elevator. The flat is sunny with a terrace overlooking the Rhodope mountains (where Orpheus was born and lived). All our neighbours' flats are empty most of the time (or silent) which makes for an extremely quiet atmosphere perfect for rest and sleep. There are: a playground, a ping-pong table, shops and markets all around the corner.
There are 2 TV sets with about 20-25 TV programmes. There is one bathroom (a shower room) and one toilet (WC) in the apartment - they are separated. Free public parking just in front of the main building entrance.
No smoking and no pets allowed!
What you will love about this neighborhood
The neighbourhood is quiet with all necessary shops and markets within 1-2 min walk. There's a farm market with fresh fruits and veggies just around the corner. Our flat is 5-10 min walk from the main train station and main bus stations; also 15-20 min walk from the city centre and old town.

Important Notice:
1) There is no wi-fi or internet in the flat.
2) No smoking inside! (There's a nice balcony with a great view for that.)
3) No pets allowed!
The ping-pong table is not part of the property. It is part of the children's playground which is right at the corner of the building - part of a tiny park area.
