Our home is on 2 acres surrounded by a rock wall fence. We have a large wood deck with an outdoor jacuzzi (you can watch a movie from jacuzzi at night). There is a propane grill and a fire pit for your use. The yard is expansive and enjoyable for a family to enjoy (we have soccer nets, hockey nets, roller blading in driveway, bocce, crocket and cornhole ) You can set up our ping pong table in the garage. We have bicycles to borrow. The house is spacious with large windows, including an eat-in kitchen, dining room, TV room and 4+ bedrooms (2 beds located in basement). The master bath has a spa tub. Most TVs have Disney, Netflix, Prime and Hulu.

Our home is walking distance from hiking, walking, biking, cross country skiing in the Meshomasic State forest https://www.nemba.org/trails/connecticut/meshomasic-state-forest-portland
and town reservoir. We have several bicycle trails: “Airline trails” in our town and surrounding towns (40+miles one way!). Portland is the golf capitol of CT with 3 golf courses located in town.

We are 12 miles south east of Hartford CT, located near Wesleyan University, 30 miles from Yale University, 2hours from Boston, NYC, Newport RI.
