Beautiful garden, with a very comfortable chill out area, a table to eat outdoors, barbacue and swimming pool. Well connected by public transport to Madrid but in an area much more relaxed. The living room is spacious, there is nice kitchen with everything necessary. The decorations are beautiful, the house is very cozy and many people have told us we live in a very beautiful place and that we are very lucky to live in such a house
There is two floors, the upper one with 3 rooms and one bathroom. Downstairs there is the living room, kitchen, another room and another bathroom. The living room is spacious with a big sofa and a few chairs to sit and relax, read, watch tv, etc.

Pretty relaxed neighborhood. There are some parks around, perfect for kids or just going for a walk. There are grocery stores, a gym and a big Decathlon just 5 min walking distance. There are also a few nice bars, an Indian restaurant and a bakery

We have a very nice Cat to take care of. She loves to cuddle and we would prefer people who are also interested in spending some time with her. If you smoke please only smoke in the garden. Last, if you come in summer we would ask you to water the garden. In exchange you can take vegetables that we grow in our veggie garden such as tomatoes, cucumber, salad and more.
