What you will love about this home

Our home is a house with three floors and a large garden. The main floor opening to the garden has an open kitchen, a living room and a WC. The first floor has 2 rooms, each has a bathroom. The top floor has a bedroom with a bathroom as well as a small room with a terrace. Our garden is a sacred green zone with 12 different trees, a grass field and a variety of plants and flowers.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Our house is located at Zekeriyaköy, at the doorstep of Belgrad forest, 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Kilyos, 20 minutes away from Bosphorus (Sariyer), 20 minutes to Haciosman metro station, and half an hour driveway to Istanbul airport. It is possible to commute to the center of the city (Taksim) from Haciosman via metro in 25 minutes. As opposed to vertical settlement in most part of the city, our neighborhood is composed of only houses that means no tall apartments around. Our location has certainly the cleanest air in the city and no heavy traffic at all.
