Casa indipendente in pieno centro a marsala, con ampio cortile dove d’estate viene montata una piscina fuori terra di 3 metri x 3, altalena e tanti giochi per i bambini. C’è una cucina molto accessoriata, una sala con divano letto, una cameretta soppacalcata con due letti singoli (possibilità di far diventare il letto sotto un letto matrimoniale in quanto apribile a scomparsa), una grande camera con lettino per bimbi, uno studio con computer, sgabuzzino, bagno. Climatizzata. Dotata anche di una terrazza verandata con doccia esterna, bagno, cucina, tavoli e barbecue. E se avete voglia di fare movimento c’è anche un tapisroulant e zona palestra con attrezzi vari. A pochi minuti dal mare. In pieno centro ma posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. È la nostra casa primaria, quindi la troverete accessoriata di ogni confort. Ci sono anche due gatti domestici affettuosi ed educatissimi e diverse piante di cui prendersi cura. Si fa presente che c’è una rampa di scale per accedere alla casa.

In centro storico, posizionata in un vicolo tranquillo e silenzioso, questa casa indipendente dotata di ogni confort interno ed esterno, vi permetterà di godere pienamente la vostra vacanza. Nelle vicinanze molti bei ristoranti dove assaggiare cucina tipica, bar, pasticcerie ed enoteche, per gli amanti del buon vino. Nelle vicinanze anche un maneggio che effettua stupende escursioni a cavallo al mare. Imperdibile aperitivo al tramonto al Lounge bar “le cinque palme” sul lungomare e la cena al “Mama Caura” alle saline al tramonto (nelle foto).

Vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche, zona ben servita da mezzi pubblici , supermercati, farmacie, zona shopping, eccetera. L’aeroporto di Trapani dista solo 10 minuti (12km) ed è raggiungibile con una fermata di autobus che si ferma direttamente alla stazione di Marsala, in centro. Invece l’aeroporto di Palermo dista 100 km circa, un’ora e mezza circa, ma è facilmente raggiungibile con la stessa linea di autobus “autoservizi Salemi” che ferma sempre in stazione a Marsala, al capolinea, in centro. Facilmente raggiungibili i dintorni noleggiando un’auto: posti imperdibili come il bellissimo borgo medievale di Erice, un tuffo nell’antichità visitando i siti archeologici di Segesta e Selinunte, la riserva dello zingaro, san Vito lo capo... e molto altro ancora... spiagge libere e private a 10 minuti di auto. La spiaggia libera si chiama “sbocco”, inserite questo in Google Maps.
