House with breathtaking sea view, fresh air, about 400 meters from the sea, huge beach with free parking, proximity to tourist places such as Palermo, Castellamare del Golfo, Trapani, Marsala, Scopello .. 3 different terraces differentiated by height, bedroom bed with bay window overlooking the sea, two floors (sleeping and living area) with two bathrooms, small garden, possibility to host up to 5 guests!

It is a quiet neighborhood, 400 meters from the sea! There is a somewhat steep climb to reach the house but which everyone with a little experience can do without problems! Our beach is long and golden, ideal for children! The beach near the house is quite nice, very long (from the gulf of Castellammare del Golfo to the gulf of Balestrate). It is characterized by soft golden sand, and both shallow and deep water! 5-10 minutes away there are coves with rocks where the water is always clear and beautiful! They are lonely places, quiet between nature and the sea! It is Cala Bianca, Cala Rossa..and 15/30 minutes away there are wonderful sites famous all over the world such as Scopello, Guidaloca, Zingaro Nature Reserve full of tourism, where the water is magnificent, heavenly! If you want to go a little further, but it's worth it, I also mention San Vito Lo Capo
