Comfortable, great energy, clean apartment in downtown New Haven. Everything is walking distance. About 5 minutes to the best pizza in the country, 10 minutes to downtown, great cafes, restaurants, bars, Yale shops and campus, train station is a 5 minute walk! The building is secure with a game room offering ping pong, shuffle board, flat screen TVs, gym, parking will be explained upon check in. Great courtyard to relax or sit, as well as smoking area. No smoking in home. Parking available!

Located in downtown New Haven, close to Wooster Square which has the world famous pizza places like Pepe’s and Sallys right in my backyard. Just down State St there is Modern pizza, which is another famous CT pizza place, Delegnas pizza (delish), other great eats like BBQ, Italian, Asian etc.! Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars, all about a 7-10 minute walk downtown. Yale Art Gallery, museums and Yale shops, Yale campus, all walking distant. Train to NYC 5 minute walk, shoreline train to Guilford, Madison etc right in front of our building! You really cannot ask for a better location!
