Lovely house, located on a quiet road within walking distance of beaches, the harbor of Gräddö and the archipelago.
Our picturesque and modernized house in Gräddö with a large, private garden consists of two buildings with a total of three bedrooms, six beds and a shower with toilet.
In the main building you will find two of the bedrooms, open kitchen with dining area and living room with fireplace. Facing south is our patio of 40 m2 with a large Weber gas burner barbecue, seasonal fresh herbs and room for breakfast or dinner with room for eight + adults, and a small children's table for 4.
In the private and open garden there is a large lawn with plenty of space for all kinds of games and games. The garden also has a large trampoline with safety net, a sandbox that closes with a lid and a swing rack with three swings. A charcoal grill can also be used on beautiful summer evenings.
In a separate guest cottage is a double bed, and if needed space for a baby cot. A TV with DVD and a large selection of movies make this a cozy home theater.
A few minutes walking distance from the house are several sandy beaches, several nice summer restaurants and bars. This is the northern Stockholm archipelago at its best.
The house has comfortable comforters and pillows. Towels, fishing gear, charcoal grill, bicycles, balls and lawn games, sun hats, lawn mowing and parking are included.

In Gräddö and its surroundings you will find lots of nice activities such as swimming, beautiful hiking trails, good jogging, sunbathing on the shallow beach at Björkö Örn and local flea markets to visit. Hike in the forest or take a walk to Räfsnäs. Take a nice outing to cozy Norrtälje with its old town, art exhibitions, cinema, concerts, many restaurants, pubs and nice cafes along the river.
Gräddö is an hour's drive north of Stockholm, on mainland Rådmansö not far from Norrtälje and near Kapellskär. It is reached by car, bus or boat. Supermarket ICA Gräddö is open year-round with a good selection of both basic goods and delicacies. ICA acts as agent for Systembolaget (Swedish liquor store), ATG (gaming) and Postnord (Mail).
