Nous habitons au rez-de chaussée d'un triplex centenaire de la magnifique rue St-Vallier. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez deux chambres (lit queen et un lit simple) , une salle de bain (avec bain/douche), une cuisine avec cuisinière au gaz, une salle à manger et un salon. Vous pouvez également profiter de notre belle terrasse pour manger à l'extérieur et notre cour arrière où les enfants peuvent s'amuser. Au sous-sol, vous trouverez un salon/salle de jeu (futon double), une salle de bain (douche) et une salle de lavage. Nous avons gardé le lit de bébé de Charlotte et nous pouvons l'installer facilement pour accueillir un enfant en bas âge. Il est possible d’aménager la chambre d’enfant pour accueillir deux matelas simple.

Nous habitons dans la Petite-Patrie, un quartier familial et hautement convoité de Montréal. La station de métro Beaubien est situé à 250m de la maison. Cette station de la ligne Orange permet de se déplacer facilement pour découvrir les nombreux charmes de Montréal. À Montréal, tout se fait à pied où à vélo. Nous avons deux vélos adultes et un vélo enfant pour faciliter vos déplacements. Vous pouvez également utiliser les vélos libre-service BIXI. Il me fera plaisir de vous laisser les coordonnées des fruiteries, fromageries, boucheries et poissonneries les plus réputés du quartier. Le fameux marché Jean Talon est situé tout près et c'est un endroit super agréable pour aller faire les courses. Vous trouverez dans la Petite-Patrie de nombreux cafés pour errer, bistros pour se régaler et pubs pour s'amuser. Les enfants pourront s'amuser dans les nombreux parcs, à la bibliothèque, aux jeux d'eau ou aux patinoires extérieures. Pour les amateurs de nature et d'activités sportives sachez que la ville de Montréal a de nombreux espace verts dont le Mont-Royal, le parc Jarry et le parc Maisonneuve où vous trouverez le Jardin Botanique, le Planétarium et l'Insectarium.

What you will love about this home

We live on the ground floor of a triplex on the beautiful St. Vallier Street. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms (Queen and two single beds), a bathroom (with Bath/Shower), kitchen with gas stove, dining room and a living room. You can also enjoy our beautiful terrace and eat outside. We also have a backyard where children can have fun. The backyard gives access to a very safe backalley where the kids can meet and play and the parents gathers and enjoy un apéro!! In the basement you will find a room (futon double), bathroom (shower), washing room and a lounge/playroom. The house is a great fit for 4 adults and two child

What you will love about this neighborhood

We live in La Petite-Patrie, a family-run and highly coveted neighbourhood in Montreal. The Beaubien metro station is 250m from the house. This Orange Line station makes it easy to get around to discover Montreal's many charms. In Montreal, everything is done on foot or by bike. We have two adult bikes and a children's bike to make your travels easier. You can also use BIXI self-service bikes. I will be happy to leave you the details of the most famous fruit shops, cheese shops, butchers and fishmongers in the area. The famous Jean Talon market is located nearby and it is a great place to run errands. There are many cafes in the Petite-Patrie for wandering, bistros for feasting and pubs for fun. Children can have fun in the many parks, in the library, at the water games or at the outdoor ice rinks. For lovers of nature and sports activities know that the city of Montreal has many green spaces including Mount Royal, Jarry Park and Maisonneuve Park where you will find the Botanical Garden, Planetarium and Insectarium.
