Third floor, elevator, bikes room dowsntairs. Part-time doorman. Quiet and sunny, 16 windows (at least one in every room) on all exposures. Equipped for kids from toddlers to teenagers. Piano, bikes available for the whole family (6). Scooters available for children (2). Our loving and sweet cat Caramelo!

Just 2 blocks from Central Park North entrance, Laskar pool, Harlem Mir, Le Reservoir...etc. Peaceful and quiet retreat in the heart of the city that never sleeps.
Two blocks east from Morningside Park and Saint John the Divine, visible when coming out of the building.
Excellent geographical location between 3 subway lines (2, B and C), express bus lines (M2, M3, M4) going to the east and two other bus lines (M7 and M10) going to the west providing easy access to anywhere in the city and all major tourist attractions in Manhattan and the other 4 boroughs (Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx).
Restaurants around the corner (Ethiopian, Japanese, Indian, Taqueria/Tequila bar ...etc.). "Bo Bagels" (among the best if not the best in the city!) just 4 blocks up and "Levain Bakery" ("must have" NYC delicious cookies) only 5 blocks up.
