What you will love about this home

ENGLISH: We have a lovely apartment on the ground floor of a triplex in the heart of Rosemont Petite-Patrie. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom upstairs, and a big living / dining room in the basement. There is a toddler bed in the children room, and a baby-crip currently in the living room. We also have a garden with many flowers. FRANÇAIS: Notre logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée d’un Triplex dans le quartier Rosemont Petite Patrie où tout est à porté de main. Il est au sud du quartier Villeray et tout juste au nord du Plateau Mont-Royal. L'appartement a un salon, deux chambres à coucher, une cuisine et une salle de bain. Dans le sous-sol, il y a une grande salle familiale et la chambre de service. La chambre des enfant a actuellement un lit d'efant. Un lit de bébé est actuellement placé dans le salon.

What you will love about this neighborhood

The apartment is well located, close to public transportation (metro stations) and supermarkets in less than 5 minutes walk. Very family friendly and calm neighborhood with many bars, restaurants, boulangeries and coffee shops around the corner. Supermarkets and hospital also very close. Nous sommes situés à moins de 5 minutes de marche du métro Fabre, à moins de 15 minutes de marche du métro Jean Talon et du fameux Marché Jean Talon. L'autobus 95 Bélanger, au coin de la rue vous mène d'est en ouest et l'autobus 45 Papineau à moins de 5 minutes de marche vous mène du nord au sud. Également, l'autobus 18 Beaubien à deux coins de rue au sud circule d'est en ouest. Bref, en termes de transport en commun, de restaurants, de cafés, de parcs, on peut dire que vous êtes bien desservis.
