PLEASE NOTE: We're only interested in exchanges lasting the minimum of 7 nights. Also bear in mind the types of beds you're asking for (9 people staying over includes cribs so it's not possible to accommodate 9 adults for example).

Welcome to our terraced house in a safe, calm and green part of Prague with a great connection to the city center (10 mins by metro).
The silence and the green. That's the most special thing about our area. Unlike more rushy and crowdy city-center parts of Prague, this place feels almost like the countryside yet still being so close to the city-center.
We have two bedrooms to offer, an attic room and sofa in a living room. In the master bedroom there is a double bed (180x200cm) and a baby crib. The second bedroom across the hall offers a double bed as well (180x200cm) and one single bed (90x200cm). In the huge attic room there is (for now) one single bed (90x200cm). The living room's sofa can be transformed into a double bed (140x200cm).
Between the two main bedrooms there is a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink. Downstairs, the second bathroom has a bath, sink and a washing machine with a dryer. The second toilet is separate and is downstairs as well.
On the terrace, enjoy a pleasant and calm relaxation. In the season we try some small gardening of tomatoes and peppers. You're most welcome to taste our attempts.
What you will love about this neighborhood
Metro station Strašnická (8-min walk) can take you in 10 minutes to the city center.
There is a tram station Solidarita (4-min walk) with a good connection as well. (Bonus: It's also a night stop.)
Uber, Taxify, Liftago (Czech-based app for well-rated taxis) work here just fine.
Feel free to make our home your second home!
We only have a couple of house rules: please, as soon as you enter the house, take your shoes off and don't walk in them around the house (this is not just our thing, it's more than common all around our country) - it's also because of our baby lying all over the place.
Also, try to separate the trash to paper, plastic, glass, metal (and electronic like batteries or light bulbs) and the rest, please. A little effort can make a huge difference. The respective trash cans/bins are on almost every corner of the neighborhood.
The backyard is not separated with a fence from the neighbors, however, it's polite not to step into their area of backyard unless it's necessary (e.g. a lost children's ball).
Thank you in advance for following these simple rules!
