What you will love about this home

Our house is 5-8 minutes walk from the public beach with buffets, crystal clear sweet water, swans and blue skies. The house is a two-storey building, I renovated the bathroom and the heating system in 2018. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a nice terasse to relax and have a sunbathe and an extra shower in the garden. Unser Haus ist einem 5-8 minütigem Spaziergang vom öffentlichen Strand mit ihren kleinen Buffets, Schwänen und dem blauen Horizont entfernt. Es ist ein 2-stöckiges Gebäude (im Dachgeschoss 1 großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelcouch und Stockbett, Wannenbad, separate Toilette; im Erdgeschoss Wohnzimmer, Küche, Duschbad, separate Toilette, 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten). Bäder und Heizung renoviert in 2018, voll ausgestattete Küche, Terasse zum Sonnenbaden sowie eine Gartendusche.

What you will love about this neighborhood

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, still close to small shops, beach-side restaurants, and 10 minutes-drive (there is a train station and a public bus - far enough to have quiet nights though) to Siofok with its harbor, shopping malls and nightlife. The public beach is some minutes walk away, also the ferryboat to the north side of the lake is about 10 minutes by car. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber in Laufnähe zu kleinen Einkaufsläden und diversen Restaurants, mit dem Auto (Zug oder Bus ebenfalls in Laufnähe) sind es 10 Minutes ins Zentrum von Siofok mit Hafen, Strand, Shops und Nightlife. Der öffentliche Strand ist in einigen Minuten zu erreichen, der Fährhafen zur Nordseite ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, Bus oder Zug zu erreichen.
