Maison moderne et chaleureuse au coeur de Montréal, dans le vibrant quartier Rosemont. Idéale pour une famille avec deux chambres au premier étage avec grande aire ouverte (cuisine, salon et salle à manger). Au sous-sol une grande salle de jeux pour les enfants avec lit king et très grand divan sur lequel deux personnes peuvent y dormir. Belle cour gazonnée et ensoleillée avec BBQ. Ruelle tranquille servant d'espace de jeu supplémentaire pour les petits !
Et si vous souhaitez sortir de la ville, l'Estrie ou les Laurentides sont à 90 minutes de voiture (montagnes, lacs, etc.)

Modern and warm home in the heart of Montreal, in the vibrant Rosemont neighborhood. Ideal for a family with two bedrooms on the first floor with large open area (kitchen, living room and dining room). In the basement a large playroom for children with king bed and very large sofa on which two people can sleep. Beautiful grassy and sunny yard with BBQ. Quiet alley serving as an additional play area for the little ones!
And if you want to get out of the city, the Eastern townships or the Laurentides area are only 90 minutes away by car (mountains, lakes, etc.)

La vie de quartier est fantastique dans Rosemont avec des parcs, fruiteries, pharmacie, cafés, restaurants et cinéma à distance de marche. C'est un quartier très familial où les gens se rencontrent pour l'apéro au parc ou dans la ruelle. Accès facile au centre-ville en transport en commun (nombreux festivals durant la période estivale et Montréal est reconnu pour son unique nightlife).

Neighborhood life is fantastic in Rosemont with parks, greengrocers, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and cinema within walking distance. It is a very family neighborhood where people meet for drinks at the park or in the alley. Easy access to the city center by public transport (many festivals during the summer period and Montreal is well know for its crazy nightlife).
