What you will love about this home
Our home is bright, sunny, and spacious with lots of big windows and natural light. It is clean and comfortable.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs (during an exchange one will be used for storage).
1. Master bedroom with a queen bed and en suite with bath and walk in shower.
2. Children's bedroom with two single beds
3. Bedroom with one trundle bed (can be turned into two single beds)
There is also an en suite bedroom in the basement with a queen bed and walk in shower. The basement also has a play area with a swing and shuffleboard table.
There is parking for 2 cars in an attached garage, and we are potentially open to a car exchange as well. We have a large yard with beautiful flowers and plenty of room to relax!
What you will love about this neighborhood
We live in the suburbs south of Denver in a neighborhood recently identified as the healthiest city in America! Highlands Ranch consistently makes the list of the top 10 cities to live in the United States. The people here are friendly, active, and happy. We have absolutely fantastic neighbors. There are plenty of walking trails and farmers markets, and we are close to some gorgeous hiking spots. The famous ski slopes of the Rocky Mountains are as close as an hour away.
We live right in the town center of Highlands Ranch. There are great restaurants and shops in the area. There is a beautiful golf course within a 3 minute drive. There are 19 parks in the city and over 60 miles of trails. It is a 1 hour drive to the closest ski resorts, a 1 hour drive to the magnificent Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, and 2 hours from Rocky Mountain National Park. If you love to hike and want to conquer one of Colorado's famous fourteeners, you can reach those within a 2 hour drive as well. It is beautiful here!

We are mostly interested in an exchange during summer of 2020 for 3-6 weeks during June and/or July. We are also open to an exchange during the Christmas holiday.
