What you will love about this neighborhood
Quiet, single family neighborhood, centrally located minutes away from Old Naples, beaches, restaurants and shopping.
Naples is a lovely small seaside city running along the Gulf of Mexico at the southern end of Florida, located about 90 minutes west of Ft. Lauderdale (FLL), 2 hours west of Miami (MIA), and 40 minutes south of Ft. Myers (RSW). Naples is recognized as one of the nicest places to live in the United States. It has kept a small town atmosphere while developing into a sophisticated, upscale and charming beachfront communities that attracts visitors from around the world.
There are too many restaurants to count, and many are simply top. The shopping is world class with many unique boutiques in the downtown areas as well as high-end brands at the Waterside Shops. There are a wide variety of very good public golf courses and tennis facilities, and you can take guided or self-guided tours of the local waterways where you will almost always see dolphin, wading birds and an occasional manatee.
Naples is the gateway to the natural wonders of the Everglades, and provides many opportunities for nature activities, with easy hikes, kayaking, fishing and boating in the mangrove waterways and nearby 10,000 islands, and there are numerous county and state beach parks that compliment the 7 miles strand along the city beachfront that are open to the public.
Naples is most popular from November through May when it has the warmest weather in the country and very little rain, with temperatures generally in the high 70s during the day and mid 60s at night.. In the rainy season from June through October, the temperatures hit about 92 degrees every day and then are cooled off by afternoon showers, with balmy warm evenings in the high to mid 70s and spectacular sunsets (and no reservations or tee times required, which makes this the favorite time for many local folks.). This is also the time of beautiful flowering tees like the flamboyant and jacaranda, and the mangos fill the neighborhoods.
