What you will love about this home

Our house is a modern, large, open plan and very light family home.. We have a large drive which is able to fit three/four cars with additional free street parking on the road adjacent. As you walk in the front door we have an entrance porch with a shoe rack. Then through to large and spacious hall. Our living room has two large sofas, a large TV, and door leading straight out to the garden. This room is very spacious and light. We have kitchen-dinner. The dining table can fit eight adults comfortably.Also downstairs we have a playroom, which has a table tennis table and two other sofas with another TV. This leads onto another room with a running machine. Downstairs we also have a toilet. Upstairs we have 5 bedrooms, all with double beds. Three of these bedrooms have ensuits. All the ensuits have showers. The master bedroom is extremely spacious with a beautiful view to the chapel across the road and a King sized bed. Bedroom two has a double bed with a large floor area suitable for a baby’s cott. The other three bedrooms are all a good size with lots of room and comfy double beds. There is also a large main bathroom with a large bath and shower. We have a spacious garden with outside seating, a trampoline, a climbing frame and a large grass area.

What you will love about this neighborhood

I live in the lovely market town of Oundle. Famous for is school. In holiday time the school hosts language students. Oundle’s language school host lots of children over the summer who are here to learn English.Our house is in the heart of Oundle, near all the local resteraunts, Coffe shops and gift/clothes shops. Our house is located across from a beautiful Chapel. There is a lovely market in town every Thursday. Our house is located near lovely riverside walks. There is also an outdoor activity centre about a 5 minute walk away with activities such as Kayaking and canoeing. We are a 45 minute drive from Cambridge and and 1hr on the train to London.
