What you will love about this home
We have lived in our home for 6 years and have loved every minute of it. Our cozy Leesa king size bed and soft sheets make us excited to go to bed each night, and we recently redid our living room and find ourselves wanting to just binge watch movies there all weekend long. The building is a converted 1920's mansion with a beautiful garden courtyard and charming and unique exterior.

Located just around the corner from the heart of Beverly Hills, this cozy and charming apartment is a 2 block walking distance to the famous Rodeo and Beverly Drive strips. With a walking score of 91, all of the food, shopping and luxury you will ever need is a 5 - 10 minute walk away. Beverly hills is also incredibly central to Los Angles. You won't even need to rent a car, you can get away with just ride sharing everywhere. Going to the beach is only a $15 - $25 Uber ride away.
