Répartie sur deux étages (rare à Montréal), vous trouverez sur le 1e étage un espace à aire ouverte (bureau, salle à dîner, cuisine et salon), et également la grande chambre des maîtres (lit King), ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète avec un bain thérapeutique. Au salon, la grande porte patio s'ouvre sur notre jardin privé plein soleil. Dans la cour, il y a un coin "cheelax" avec divan, abris soleil, ainsi qu'un BBQ. Au 2e étage, deux chambres à coucher s'y trouvent. En montant les escaliers, la chambre, type aire ouverte, charmera les jeunes avec sa bibliothèque, ses jeux, sa table à dessin ainsi qu'une quantité monstre de Lego. Un lit double, pour les petits ou grands, plaira à celle ou celui, qui a besoin de sentir proche des siens. Derrière une porte, la 3e chambre s'y trouve. Vous trouverez une chambre d'une jeune ado avec un lit Queen ainsi qu'une autre salle de bain avec douche. Premier étage: - Concept aire ouverte (salon, bureau, cuisine et salle à manger) - Cuisine: épices, cafetière italienne, four micro-onde.... - Au salon: Wifi, téléviseur, jeux de sociétés, livres... - À partir du salon, accès direct à la cour arrière ensoleillée et privée + BBQ + hamacs - Grande chambre des maîtres (lit King) + téléviseur - Une salle de bain avec laveuse/sécheuse intégré et bain thérapeutique Deuxième étage : - Chambre à coucher (aire ouverte) avec un lit double + livres + jeux de société - Chambre à coucher avec lit Queen + accès à la salle de bain avec douche

Quartier Vieux-Rosemont prisé pour sa simplicité et sa qualité de vie. De la maison, tout se fait à pied. Les Promenades Masson avec ses marchés, pharmacie, SAQ, boulangeries, brasseries, restos... seront vous charmer. À quelques pas, lors des journées chaudes, au parc Pélican, une piscine et pataugeoire sont offertes gratuitement, et un air de jeu pour enfant en tout temps. Au coin de la rue, une station de taxis, arrêt d'autobus bus et ainsi qu'une station Bixi. En 15 minutes en taxi ou auto, vous serez au centre-ville ou dans le Vieux-Montréal.

Spread over two floors (rare in Montreal), you will find on the 1st floor an open-concept space (office, dining room, kitchen, and living room), and also the large master bedroom (King bed), as well as a complete bathroom with a therapeutic bath. In the living room, the large patio door opens to our private sunny garden. In the courtyard, there is a "cheelax" area with a couch, sun shelters, and a BBQ. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms. Going up the stairs, the open-concept bedroom will charm the young ones with its library, its games, its drawing table as well as a monster quantity of Lego. A double bed, for young or old, will please the one who needs to feel close to his family. Behind a door, the third room is located. You will find a young teenager's room with a queen bed as well as another bathroom with a shower.
