This is great for kids or one adult.

What you will love about this neighborhood

I live in a quiet street that is 5 minutes from the seafront. Parking is by permit and I will provide you with enough for your stay. There is a convenience store at the top of the road that is open 7-11. The main restaurant and bar area of the town is just a 15 minute walk. Fratton station is a 20 minute walk and has 2 trains an hour to London (1hr 35mins). London is 70 miles to the north, Brighton is 50 miles to the east, Southampton is 20 miles to the west and has an airport with flights to Bordeaux amongst others. The Isle of Wight is a short ferry ride away and London Gatwick airport is 40 miles to the north. Portsmouth is in Hampshire which has some nice countryside, as does Sussex to the immediate east and Dorset to the immediate west.
