Brand New Smart home! Great for entertaining or cozying up next the fire place. Everything in the house is controlled from your phone. There are 4 separate patios, all of which have mountain views! The home was built in 2019! Upgraded appliances, sound system, and electrical!

What you will love about this neighborhood

It is a new development on the south side of Denver. It is an extremely safe neighborhood and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants! 20 minutes from downtown and 45 minutes to some of the best ski resorts in Colorado! My neighborhood was voted 8th best place to live in the US out of 583 cities!
