What you will love about this home

Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (and 1 toilet guest bathroom) villa is in a prime location of Seminyak Petitenget only 2 min walk from the beach. The bedroom set up is currently : 1 x oversized main bedroom with Queen Bed, sofa area and ensuite bathroom with private terrace overlooking pool garden 1 x single bedroom with separate wardrobe walk in and ensuite bathroom with bathtub 1 x bedroom with twin toddler beds with private terrace overlooking the pool garden All bedrooms have air conditioners, ceiling fans and wardrobe space. We can provide 2 x extra mattresses as well. We also have 2 cots available. The living, dining and kitchen areas can be opened onto to the 16m swimming pool and idyllic tropical gardens. We have a lovely housekeeper who will clean every morning, and can help prepare simple breakfast. Features: WIFI Daily housekeeping Daily breakfast Cable television 16m pool Garden Car Space Children's Toys We can also help to arrange a Babysitter and Driver if required. We have a Car and Motorbike available, but this would need to be discussed.

Situated within the boutique shopping, spa, restaurant and nightlife area of Seminyak and directly across from Pura Petitenget, one of the 6 main Hindu temples on the island, where you can immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the rich Balinese Hindu culture.
