What you will love about this home

I have lived in this cozy 2nd floor condo for 22 years. The space is warm and inviting, and has all the amenities you could need. It's not fancy, but it's very functional and recently updated with new flooring in kitchen and bathroom and all new appliances. I rented it on airbnb for three years to rave reviews.

What you will love about this neighborhood

The condo community is quiet and there is a small park just behind the complex as well as a pool. Much of Denver is accessible by bike (with lots of great trails) or public transportation (there is a bus stop within 200 meters). There is also a private parking spot if you have a vehicle, and the possibility for a vehicle exchange. There are four grocery stores and two big box stores within walking distance, and it is only about 15 minutes to Cherry Creek or 20 minutes to downtown by car. The light rail is also within a few miles.

With more than 300 days of sunshine a year (more than Miami and San Diego), Colorado weather is mostly mild (with occasional extreme snow and short periods of rain or cold). The city has great entertainment options from local music and breweries to museums and outdoor art and parks. Getting outside the city is even better with incredible outdoor adventure options including hiking, skiing, water sports (my fave) and beautiful sights within 1-2 hours. Red Rocks Amphitheater - one of the best concert venues in the world - is a 45-minute drive and also has great hiking.
