Our home is truly our most precious treasure, We love it. It was designed by us to maximise the sun's light . The sun rises in the morning and circles around the house throughout the day.
It is a relaxed house with a large comfortable sitting room with log burning stove, satellite TV.
Large kitchen/dining room with large French oak table that can accommodate a large group of up to 12. Separate utility room .
There is a very restful sun room off the kitchen.

Located in a quiet country location on the shore of Lough Allen and the source of the river Shannon, Mahanagh is a gateway to many places of interest and activity, e.g. boating on the river Shannon, visiting the Arigna mining experience, Sligo city, and only forty minutes from Northern Ireland .The Atlantic ocean is about one hour away.
it is very accessible on the M/N4 from Dublin or from Knock Airport.
Our local town is Drumshanbo which is a quaint irish town 2km from the house.
surrounded by waterways there are beautiful walk ways along the canals nearby.
