My home is elegant yet casual. It has private green spaces and sun filled rooms. My travels have added an electic mix of decor that is supportive and inviting. Although it is small, the layout provides privacy and space. You can use my office with copy machine and fax. This stylish Mid-Century Traditional, built in 1950, is located on a tree-lined street in the ever popular San Rafael Hills. Its open floor plan offers two bedrooms, including a master suite, one and three-quarter baths, spacious living room, dining room, office, sunny kitchen and laundry room. A wall of glass opens onto the private wraparound patio allowing for exceptional indoor-outdoor flow. Original features -- hardwood floors, plaster walls, vintage hardware, built-in cabinetry, brick fireplace and beautiful period tile -- are found throughout. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and full of walkers enjoying the tree lines streets. Our non-allergenic cat will stay with family while you are here. I love the quiet and peaceful surroundings.


My home is in a tree filled section of Pasadena removed from the hustle of the city streets. In a few minutes you can walk, shop, eat and people watch along Colorado Blvd. .Here beautiful old buildings hold all the modern shops and eateries within 5 minutes of my home. You can jet to Downtown, Hollywood, Santa Monica, and all around on the freeways that surround the Pasadena area as well as the Metro subway. Naturally traffic during rush hour is tough all over our beautiful county. Pasadena is a lovely town that is not yet too filled with tourists and has a true California vibe!


We have a spa hot tub under the trees. We also have a great bar b q so you can make easy dining-in choices. Our home is equipped with high speed internet everywhere and internet and cable and streaming tv. It also has a high grade security system and a private patrol on duty 24 hours. The office is equipped with fax and copier for those who find they must work while away. Some of the original features of the kitchen are being upgraded . I have a new chef gas stove. The dishwasher may not be replaced for awhile as I have little use for one and it’s integrated into the tile counter. Then Master bedroom has a king size bed with Avocado green organic mattress that is truly fabulous. I have 2 Alexa speakers that can play music in the living room and office. I have a Tesla EV charger in the garage. My housekeeper will, clean just prior and just after your stay complementary.
