This uniquely styled villa has an instantaneous vacation vibe that will transform you and want to make you stay longer. The Villa has 3 bedrooms, large open space floor plan with an open air living room, dining area, bar area and a modern kitchen facing the pool and the lush tropical garden. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, fans, in-room safes, mosquito nets, king size beds and high quality beds & linens. Daily housekeeping is included from my lovely and trustworthy Staff. This villa is run as a 5 STAR business and we pride ourselves on personalized service to make your vacation in Bali memorable. You will receive the same 5 STAR service. What you will love about this neighborhood

Bingin is an authentic, upcoming and prized Beach community with a casual and surfer vibe. The villa is centrally located close to everything in Bingin Beach. Beaches, Restaurants, etc...but you will need a mode of transportation as Bingin is spread out and walking is not so common as you are in the country side. Everyone is on scooters or in cars. More walking is going on. I walk everywhere but it's a personal preference. The Villa is walking distance around 5mns to many restaurants including Rolling fork, ulu thai food, sushi ulu wasabi. 300 meters from Purnama Body works for a great massage by Satoko. 3 mns drive or walking distance to Drifter, The Loft & Nourish - recommended restaurants. About 1.4 km to Bingin Beach and cashew tree, 3mns on scooter. Not walking distance to beach unless you are a true walker. 4 mns drive to Padang Padang and 6kms to the internationally renowned Uluwatu temple. Bingin is in the Bukit area where all the best beaches and international surf spots are located. Bali international airport is about a 30mns drive depending on traffic. You can find villa KaiZen & villa OmSwastiastu on google map search engine for exact location and website. Every day there is Muay Thai at Bali Training Center (check their website for exact schedule), Yoga at Mû Bungalows at 9:30 am and Temple Lodge at 8:00 am. just 3 mns by scooter.
