What you will love about this home

Our home is a beautiful Victorian red brick terraced house over three floors. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac with views across the city. Our home has been completely renovated and modernized throughout to maximize light and space. We have a large open plan living, kitchen, dining area downstairs with a utility room (washing machine & drier) and toilet. On first floor is the master bedroom with bay windows and en-suite shower and dressing room. There is also a family bathroom and double bedroom on first floor. On the top floor is small shower room with toilet, a child’s bedroom with single half bunk and a second bedroom with a king size bed. There is also a large room containing office space .

What you will love about this neighborhood

Within a 5 minute walk is the vibrant neighborhood of St Luke’s which has a shop, butchers, wine bar, pub, cafe and a popular music venue in an old converted church. Cork main city centre street (St Patrick’s St) can be reached on foot in under 15 minutes. Cork airport is 25 minutes by car.

We are non smokers and do not have any pets. We have a large back garden with a trampoline for the children. The house is at the end of a cul de sac and so lots of children like to ride bikes, play football etc on the street outside the front.
