What you will love about this home

Our home is a 3 story condo situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the thoroughfares and necessary amenities of one of America's greatest gems, Jackson. Our home was built in 2016 and is the end unit of an end building supplying it with the best views and natural light in the neighborhood (via the enormous windows that surround our 2nd story living area). We have a queen bed in the master, a set of single bunkbeds in our kids' room and a third bedroom that functions most the year as a schoolroom/playroom but can easily be used for sleepers, as well. We have a small backyard with access through our laundry room that has a propane BBQ and seating and a balcony on the 2nd story that has a porch swing and bistro table set for enjoying snacks and small meals in the cooler hours. Our home is lived in, we have two active kids who enjoy using every square inch of our home but we keep it very clean where it counts and all aspects of our home are comfortable, useable and functional.

What you will love about this neighborhood

Jackson is one of the most sought out destinations in the country. This town, surrounded by mountains is home to the country's number one ski resort and is gateway to Grand Teton national Park and Yellowstone national Park. It is one of the most adventurous and picturesque destinations in America. We live in the heart of town in something of a closed neighborhood nestled between the two primary thoroughfares and just adjacent to the highway to Teton Village. It is a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by the busiest parts of town, but you'd never know it in our little alcove filled with down to earth, Jackson locals. We're equal distance from both ends of town with numerous amenities walking distance. There is a bus stop 1 min away from our door that will take you anywhere in town for free or out to Teton Village for a small fee. There is a park 2-3 blocks away, a grocery store within a 5 min walk or 1 min drive, numerous restaurants within 10 min walk and the best grab and go sandwiches in town right across the street at a local butcher (right next to the Mexican bakery). There is a scenic bike path just around the corner with access to mountain trails and Flat creek, a fit person can make it up Josie's Ridge from door to door in under an hour. Library is at the back end of the neighborhood and has rental bikes available in the summer. Best location in town. Sit back and enjoy knowing there are two relatively expensive hotels within eye shot of our house and you get a better experience for less.Snow King resort is 5 min from door, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is 15 from door, Grand Teton is 30 min, and Yellowstone is 80 min.

We have parking for 2 cars in a car bay beneath our condo and a fully equipped laundry room available for your convenience. We have a large flat screen TV with access to streamable content via Amazon Fire Stick. You are welcome to make use of our personal Disney+, Netflix and Prime Video accounts in addition to any of your own content accounts you may have. Angelique had very bad allergies and so we utilize air filters in every room in our house (except for bathrooms). Please keep them on throughout your stay, I would be shocked if you heard them if they are kept on the lowest setting. Our bedrooms are all on the third story and can get very warm in the summer time, Jackson homes are not traditionally equipped with AC, but we do have insulating blinds and fans to fight that battle.
