What you will love about this home

Our house is clean and modern and has a sophisticated and serene vibe. We love to cook and our pantry is yours--filled with everything you'd want to create dinners with flair. Anything you need is available at our local farmers markets and excellent wineries. Our neighbors are friendly and available should you need any assistance. We have a shared pool and hot tub,which you will often have to yourselves. Our beds are comfortable and both en suite upstairs bathrooms were recently remodeled with step-in showers. We have two bikes and two Honda FITs available for your use.

What you will love about this neighborhood

We live in a condominium complex that is small and has many trees and flowers. Our unit is connected to one other unit and there is no shared wall upstairs. The neighborhood is quiet and filled with trees, including old cypress tress and redwoods. Birds will sing to you every morning. We have a deck that looks out on a common grassy area where the pool and hot tub is located.

San Luis Obispo is a lovely small city, with a university and community college. We are a short drive (10 minutes) from the coast and the city is surrounded by vineyards that create award-winning wines. We have a large Performing Arts Center with year-round programs. A creek runs through our downtown and the center of town is very walkable and visitor-friendly. San Luis Obispo was recently named one of the best cities in the country to bike in with more than 75 miles of bike paths and lanes and 150-plus secured bicycle parking spaces. We have many fine restaurants, bars and boutiques. From June through September there is a free open air concert (with dancing if you like!) in the city's heart: Mission Plaza. You can hike a different volcanic peak every day you are here--we have hiking trails all over the county.
